The Regular Giving Lifecycle is based on customer lifecycle modelling, developed to meet the specific needs of Regular Giving organisations.

A Regular Giving programme is a highly complex arrangement of marketing, engagement and transactional processes, often with gaps in visibility and efficiency that are the result of ad hoc, rather than by design business process development. This collection of processes is often managed by a range of teams and stakeholders, with varying visibility and coordination.

We developed the Regular Giving Lifecycle to make sense of this complexity and to help you simplify the management of your programme. It is made up of six key lifecycle phases – Acquisition, Fulfillment (Payments), Engagement, Revenue Protection, Churn and Winback.

My name is Alcuin Hacker and I founded Engage & Experience to help Charities and NFPs to unlock lost revenue and increase supporter engagement through improving their supporter experience systems and processes.

Since 2015 our team has worked with over 40 organisations across Asia Pacific – including Oxfam, Save the Children, Starlight Children’s Foundation, Plan International, Vision Australia, Royal Flying Doctors, The Salvation Army – to implement bulletproof supporter processes, supplier management and intuitive reporting (and along the way unlocking millions of dollars).

Engage & Experience analyses an organisation’s current business processes against best practice and provides recommendations and bang for buck prioritised work plans for optimisation of supporter lifecycle processes. We then provide a range of implementation services, project leadership, mentoring or simple advice and support to internal teams to ensure changes are properly and measurably achieved.
