We're a small, specialist consultancy. We work with charities to improve the performance of fundraising programs — particularly regular giving, but also single giving, mid-value, and philanthropy and partnerships.
Most of what we do comes down to one thing: helping you understand where you're losing donors and income, then fixing the processes that cause it.
We're fundraisers by background, but we also build things — reporting, integrations, CRM processes. That means we can take an idea from strategy through to a working solution.

Regular Giving Lifecycle. The regular giving lifecycle is complex — acquisition, payments, engagement, retention, churn, winback. Most programs have gaps that quietly drain income. We help you find them and fix them.

Fundraising reporting. Most charity reporting is built by data teams or consultants who don't really understand fundraising. We build dashboards and reports that answer the questions fundraisers actually need answered — acquisition quality, retention, campaign performance, and lifetime value.
Digital transformation projects. Charity CRM projects are hard. Budgets blow out, timelines slip, and the result often doesn't meet fundraisers' needs.
